We are a small, multi-disciplinary property practice located on Bedford Row, London WC1 which combines the management of residential and mixed-use property with a narrow range of property-related dispute resolution and surveying services.

 

The idea behind our business

 

Residential and mixed-use property is one of the most highly regulated and legislative-dense spheres of practise in England.

 

In our view, it is not possible in this day and age to manage such property properly without a solid understanding of both the practical (surveying) and legal aspects of it.

 

For example, an apparently simple covenant of the kind we encounter every day which requires a party to “repair” is so far from being simple that the authors of the leading practitioner text Dilapidations: the Modern Law and Practice, necessarily devote over 1,000 pages to it.

Accordingly, we have built a team of people and contacts with the requisite mix of skills and experience to confront these difficulties in one place.
