CORKER | CLIFFORD
A multi-disciplinary property practice
Management services

We provide residential and mixed-use property / leasehold management services which are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Why we are different
We act for a small number of select clients. This enables us to provide those clients with a proper standard of service.
Specialist. We do not buy, sell or let property, nor do we manage individual flats.
We are not interested in competing with the run-of-the-mill, mass-market property management industry. If all you are concerned about is price, we are not for you.
Our management services are fully integrated with our dispute resolution and surveying services which means that, in many cases, we are a one-stop shop, which drastically reduces the time requirements from decision makers.

We operate in central London only.

We provide our clients with a proper standard of service. We are not interested in competing with the run-of-the-mill, mass-market property management industry.

The kind of buildings we manage
A range of buildings dating from the 18th to 21st centuries, including converted houses and mansion blocks.
We have particular experience of troubled buildings, often with many different and complicated problems which require a multi-disciplinary approach to management and resolution.

Who we manage buildings for
Landlords, tenants, tenants’ associations/groups, RTM companies and tenant-owned freehold companies.

What our services involve
Broadly, we manage a building in accordance with:

-
the leases;
-
relevant primary and secondary legislation; and
-
certain codes of practice/guidance, in particular the Service Charge Residential Management Code.
"Corker Clifford LLP became the managing agents for our building nearly four years ago, and their performance has been outstanding. They have handled everything from routine maintenance to a major refurbishment of the exterior of the building. Their service is well structured, comprehensive and diligent, complying assiduously with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, but is delivered in a commendably calm, friendly and responsive manner."
